All online orders are typically shipped from China, but we may use our Berlin stock for deliveries within Berlin if the item is available.

We currently do not have a permanent store in Berlin. However, we regularly engage with our community through pop-up events around the city. For any items stocked locally in Berlin, we offer pickup or local shipping. Please feel free to contact us if you're interested in a specific item.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Fu Guai is a small, independent business run by two people. We rely on collaborations with emerging designers, consignment pieces, and a constantly rotating inventory. Due to the complexities of customs, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
